At its meeting on 27 January 2003, the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the World Trade Organization (WTO) established a Panel, at the request of India. This issue of Trade Hot Topics examines the India–European Union dispute on Generalised System of Preference (GSP) conditionalities.
