Lead Speech

Derived from the latin “familia”, the family is a body of persons living together under one head and in one house, including parents, children, relatives, servants and others. Persons of different ages live together in a state of interdependence. It is a social unit comprised of individuals; the units together in turn constitute the community. Each unit is more than the sum of its members; if one member is ill, it has a bearing on the family and on the community.
