Rights and Duties of the Buyer and Seller

The general obligations of the seller are summed up in article 30 of the Convention. This provision contains detailed treatment of the seller's obligations in respect of delivery of the goods and their conformity with the contract. The seller must deliver the goods, hand over any documents relating to the goods and transfer the property in the goods.
