Working Paper on Canadian Legal Publishing for the Conference on Legal Literature in Small Jurisdictions

One suspects that at this Conference Canada is better off than many of the other jurisdictions represented but for all that we still have serious problems. We are a Federal System and the distribution of lawyers and thus of the market for legal literatures is very uneven. Thus our two Territories have 19 and 35 lawyers and our smallest province Prince Edward Island has approximately 70 lawyers.
