Legal Literature in the Sudan and the Administration of Justice

It is not intended in this paper to give a general account of the existing state of legal literature in the Sudan as that has been done by Akolda Tier. My intention is to discuss the legal literature that is available to members of the judiciary and the problems created either by a lack of different kinds of suitable legal literature or a lack of legal material at the time it is needed.
