Policy Reform

The range of FDI policies in the developing world is still very large. While there has been a general move towards liberalisation over the last decade, the starting points have been so different that current policy postures still show marked differences. Thus, many developing countries still have very restrictive conditions for MNE entry, while others have moved to completely open door policies.
